Managerial competencies and their influence on administrative effectiveness of the Gerencia Regional de Salud La Libertad

The objective of the study was to determine influence managerial competencies on administrative effectiveness Regional Health Management La Libertad in year 2022. To achieve this, a quantitative approach an applied nature employed, using non-experimental cross-sectional design with correlational level. A sample 169 employees selected from total population 300 within Gerencia de Salud Libertad. These participants were administered two surveys, which validated through expert judgment and Cronbach's alpha coefficient test. results revealed that exhibited deficiency level 48.8%, while reached 49.4%.
